Remember to start with the shape/form of the hair. Then use your different erasers for the different values you will need for that 3D feel. Bring drawings to class!!

Spoon to draw

The spoons; The top one shows one way a finding the length of the spoon, unit of measure. Once you found that, then follow the contour (negative .positive space ) of the spoon for drawing the basic shape and the cast shadow. Then, once the spoon is in place, add the tonal values. The next spoon can be found the same way, even if it is foreshortened/in perspective. Give it a try, we will review in class. Thank you.
